Watch your wallet
Placed an order on the 18th of January. The order was cancelled on the 19th with no communication to me. On the 31st I called because I hadn’t heard anything from them. I found all of this out after I decided to check the status of my order online and calling to follow up. Additionally, my money was never refunded to me. Suffice it to say this is questionable business practices at best.

Super Narrow
Love the shoes but they are so narrow that they probably be passed to someone with extremely narrow feet. I think the sizing is accurate for length but size up at least one size if you have a slightly a wider foot.

I purchased some sneakers Because of the comfort I experienced with my golf shoe purchase. The left foot was really tight and uncomfortable. I spike with customer service sent pictures and waiting on a UPS return shipping label

Almost perfect
Great design, great feel around the foot. Two constructive criticisms: 1) when the laces are inserted through the tongue they sit directly on the top of the foot and because they’re round and on the firm side, which I like, they rub into the foot. If you’re on a long walk or run this is uncomfortable. Easy fix for them to design this part differently. 2) the insert is rather firm and doesn’t have much cushioning and has small, raised, bubble like circles which I didn’t like. You’ll most likely replace them with something else.
