I have had 2 products in the past 12 months with defects, one MG4+2 pair of shoes that the stitching started to come out of the heel cup within a week…multiple emails and pictures and then ghosted…..and this pair of shoes showed it was on the way multiple times and when they didn’t arrive I went into my account only to find they were canceled by GFore with no notification at all even though I still was receiving the emails that they were on the way. Wrote multiple emails to the customer service account on their website and zero response.

Shoes were dirty
The shoes arrived dirty with brown substance on tongue. The shoe itself is gorgeous and as expected but for a "new" item that was off-putting.
